GENERAL CONDITIONS

Driving License
A driving license must be presented and valid for at least one or two years, depending on the car group.
Age Requirements
Minimun age for drivers is 23 years old and the licence should have 1 year old, minimum.
Fuel
Vehicles should be returned with the same amount of fuel. If not, a refuelling service charge will be applied.
Payment Conditions
The following credit cards are accepted: Europcar charge cards, Visa, Martercard, American Express, etc.
Booking Conditions
Bookings should be made at least with 3 days in advance. Groups A, B, C and D are automaticly confirmed. The other groups are subjected to confirmation.

A valid credit card will be asked as a guarantee for safe return of the car.
Customer's credit card details may be asked to guarantee the reservation.

CDW - Collision Damage Waiver
In case of accident the customer is only responsable up to the excess charge.
Excess:
- Groups A, B, C, D, O, S - 750,00 Euros
- Groups E, E2, F, F1, O1, S1 - 1.250,00 Euros
- Groups G2, J1, X, H, F3 - 1.500,00 Euros
- Groups H1, Q, Y - 2.500,00 Euros

Excess Waiver exempts from any payment in case of accident.
Excess Waiver:
- Groups A, B, C, D, O, S - 9,68 Euros per day
- Groups E, E2, F, F1, O1, S1 - 10,89 Euros per day
- Groups G2, J1, X, H, F3 - 19,36 Euros per day


PAI (Personal Accident Insuramce) = 6,41 Euros per day
